I see myself as honored to serve as a support to people who are seeking to better understand themselves after a major loss, better understand what makes their Neurodivergent brains unique, or folks that simply seek to sense of emotions. I know it takes strength and vulnerability to start talking with someone. My approach is warm, supportive, and tailored to you.
I integrate different therapy approaches with many years of experience to help you embrace difficult emotions while taking steps toward a meaningful life. My trauma-informed lens ensures a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your past and its impact on your present.
Above all, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you move forward—at your own pace, in your own way.
I really look forward to working as a team. Let’s work together.
I’m Amanda, a person first, wholistic therapist.
I am glad you are here.
About me
Therapy for adults
When you feel the loss and frustration of ‘not fitting in’ or feeling ‘different’ because you’re Neurodivergent or because of grief due to loss or life changes, know you are not alone. I am here to support you in your goals to help you reconnect with yourself and carve a path forward. I provide a safe and supportive space where you can process your experiences, gain clarity, and work toward meaningful growth.
I offer virtual individual therapy for adults navigating Grief/loss, Neurodiversity, Sexuality, Anxiety, and Depression.
My approach is compassionate and personalized, helping you reconnect with your authentic self and build on your strengths. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and develop strategies to help you move forward with confidence, resilience, and self-acceptance.
You don’t have to go through this alone—I am here when you’re ready.
Approach
I integrate different therapy approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you embrace difficult emotions while taking steps toward a meaningful, authenticity driven life. My trauma-informed lens ensures a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your past and its impact on your present as well as to process loss, grief, and growth. And when you need immediate solutions, solution-focused therapy helps us build on what’s already working.
